Common questions.

How does Assort integrate with my systems?

Shopify, NetSuite, Cin7, or CSV export. If your data is accessible, we can work with it. We handle the integration setup during onboarding — no engineering work on your side required.

How fast is setup?

5 business days from signed agreement to live monitoring. That includes connecting your data source, calibrating thresholds to your category, and a 60-minute walkthrough with your buying team.

Who owns the decisions?

You do — always. Assort recommends, you approve. As trust builds, you can set auto-approve thresholds for routine reorders while keeping human sign-off on anything above a dollar or quantity limit you define.

What if our buying team doesn't trust it yet?

Shadow mode for 14 days. Assort makes calls silently — no actions taken — and you compare its recommendations to what your team actually did. Most buyers find 2–3 reorders they missed in the first week.

What's the contract length?

Month-to-month after the pilot. No annual lock-in. We keep you because the system works, not because you're contractually stuck.
